  • NIX Academy has implemented a comprehensive hall risk assessment policy with the objective of ensuring the safety and well-being of all users of the hall.
2. Hazard Identification and Mitigation
  • Physical Hazards: The academy regularly inspects and maintains the hall's floors and walkways, ensuring they are free of obstructions and hazards. Slip-resistant flooring has been installed to minimize the risk of slips and falls.
  • Electrical Hazards: Regular electrical safety checks are conducted, with strict measures to avoid overloading sockets and proper cable management systems in place.
  • Fire Hazards: Fire safety protocols have been rigorously enforced, including clear, unobstructed emergency exits and readily available fire extinguishers. Fire drills are conducted bi-annually.
  • Security Hazards: Enhanced security measures, including secured entry points and adequate lighting, have been established to ensure the safety of all hall users.
