A Night for Everybody: Women’s Wellness at Nix

A Night for Everybody: Women’s Wellness at Nix

Let's talk about something we don't talk about enough – a woman’s body after babies, during menopause, and everything in between. Because let's be honest, sometimes a woman’s body feel less like temples and more like very confused construction sites.

That's why we're excited to announce our women's wellness evening at the studio. After last year's successful "Adore Your Pelvic Floor" event (yes, we really called it that, and yes, it was fantastic), we're back with something even better.

Meet Your Expert Guide

We've partnered with the absolutely brilliant Abby Armstrong, a Women's Health Physiotherapist who's spent more than 20 years helping women understand and work with their bodies. She's basically a detective for your muscles, and she's coming to share all her secrets.

What's On The Cards?

On Thursday, 5th December at 7:30pm, we're transforming our Hampton Wick studio into a sanctuary of straight talk and practical wisdom. Here's what we'll be diving into:

Want to get back to running without feeling like your insides might fall out? We've got you. Wondering what on earth is happening to your body during perimenopause? Let's chat about it. Not sure if your core is actually engaging or just having a laugh? We'll sort that out. Still got that post-baby tummy gap? We'll talk about that too.

But Wait, There's More...

This evening isn't just a one-off – it's actually the prelude to something pretty exciting. Come January 2025, we're launching Physio-Led Pilates classes. Think of it as your 9am "me time" after school drop-off, where you can work on your strength while actually understanding what your body needs.

The Details You Need

£12 gets you:

  • An evening of expert guidance
  • A glass of fizz (because why not?)
  • Like-minded company
  • The chance to reclaim that £12 against January's Pilates classes

Plus, we're keeping numbers limited because we want everyone to feel comfortable asking those "is it just me?" questions (spoiler: it's never just you).

Why This Matters

Here at Nix, we've always believed that movement is medicine. But it's got to be the right movement, at the right time, for your right-now body. That's why we're so excited about bringing Abby's expertise to our community.
